Collaborations have a specific recipe for success. Take one well established brand (Pointer / Aerosmith) and inject it with the flavor of newer and hipper brand (Wood Wood / Run DMC). Boom. Collaboration gold. Pointer took the classic Desert Khan silhouette, sole and upper and then Wood Wood spiced it up with a punched up toebox and a crepe sole. Throw in some contrast laces (they look electric orange to us) to set off your British racing green suede and it’s as close to GQ perfection as you can come without spending way too much money on a pair of bespoke shoes. Most importantly, they’re just flashy enough to be able to wear out, but not so flashy you can’t wear them to work.
