Nike has been making sneakers since approximately the beginning of time (it was actually 1971, but that’s not important) and has developed quite a name for themselves (and Phil Knight) in the process. Questionable business practices aside, they really are the name to beat when it comes to more contemporary, weekend style footwear. J. Crew might not be as huge a name, but they’re a powerhouse in their own right when it comes to helping guys improve their style game. And now the two of them have teamed up to create a new, vintage-inspired kicks. With authentic details like 1970s-grade nylon, aged laces and suede, these new shoes are the perfect feet coverings for anyone (they’re unisex sized so even the ladies can get in on this) looking for a little bit of retro flair in a modern package. They’re the sneaker equivalent of a restored car.
