Nike Daybreak Type N. 354 Deconstructed Sneakers

Nike Daybreak Type N. 354 Deconstructed Sneakers

For as long as Nike has been a brand, they’ve pushed the limits of what was possible in the world of footwear with technical fabrics, unique construction methods, incredible colorways and constant innovation. That’s especially true with their concept-driven N. 354 experimental line that sees designers digging deep in the archives for inspiration and examples of previous Swoosh products they can use for their latest creations. These Nike Daybreak Type N. 354 Deconstructed Sneakers are the perfect example of what the entire experimental line accomplishes. Yes, it’s a version of the classic Daybreak that debuted in the late 70s, but essentially turning it inside out for the deconstructed appearance completely changes the silhouette. It keeps the breathable mesh base construction with different colored suede panels at front, back and up-the-sides, but trades the traditional, pronounced Swoosh for a thin, single stitch version that’s almost ephemeral. Nike Daybreak Type N. 354 Deconstructed Sneakers are expected to drop in multiple colorways on April 30th at Nike and Nike retailers.
