Nike Air Vengeance Vintage

Nike Air Vengeance Vintage

When it comes to shoes, we’re creatures of habit. We’re all for fancy new chukka boots and loafers and oxfords, but sneakers will probably always be the largest portion of our kick collection because they’re comfy, casual and classic. We don’t need our sneakers to have more bells and whistles than the latest creation from Apple either, simple and streamlined is just fine. Nike’s latest exercise in restrained excellence is this pair of Air Vengeance Vintage sneakers. If you happened to stumble upon an original pair of these left in the basement for 5 years, this is what they would look like out of the box. The midsole is pre-yellowed to give it an even more vintage feel, but the material is new. It’s kind of like those pre-worn, new jeans that were all the rage in the 90s—except these are still cool.
