ICON’s Next Release Isn’t a 4×4; It’s a Watch

ICON’s Next Release Isn’t a 4×4; It’s a Watch

If you’re an avid Cool Material reader, you’ve no-doubt stumble upon a handful of Jonathan Ward’s creations. Every single one of his creations has been a lust-worthy truck built under the ICON 4×4 label. Well, until now. ICON’s next release won’t take you from point A to point B, but it will help you get there in style. That’s because ICON is set to release a collection of stunning timepieces. It should come as no surprise that these watches are inspired by car design, and more precisely they’re inspired by vintage automotive styling juxtaposed by modern engineering and fine materials. The first release from ICON Watches is the Duesey. Limited to 50 pieces, the watch boasts a 42mm titanium case, numerals with retro styling, an alligator leather strap, a Dubois-Depraz automatic movement, and two windows that display the time. Like everything from ICON, we think they nailed it. If you have the cash, you can put down a deposit and have the Duesey on your wrist early next year.
