Oceanus Brass Kraken Blade

Oceanus Brass Kraken Blade

Oceanus Brass has just created a nautical version of the popular CRKT Provoke we covered a little while back. Although the Kraken Blade isn’t a Karambit-style, it does use a similar deployment mechanism that makes it compact and fun. A magnetic system keeps it secure when folded, and it deploys quickly and securely.
The Kraken is machined from solid brass. While it will get its own individual patina, it’s rustproof and uses convenient No. 1992 steel utility blades that are inexpensive and easy to replace. It even comes with a handsome brass bow shackle for lanyard attachment. The Kraken is built to last and should garner ample attention from onlookers when you break it out from your everyday carry set. Although it’s already met its Kickstarter goal many times over, you can still get in on it.
