It takes a serious set of balls to completely redesign something that’s been around for longer than anyone reading this has been alive. Tyler Deeb set out to do just that with his line of Misc. Goods Co. Playing Cards. Each of the three decks (first edition white, second edition red and black) is completely designed from front to back to be familiar (US Playing Card Company is printing them) but still completely new. New Jacks, Queens, Kings, Aces, backs and number layouts–along with new tuck cases–make these cards a perfect gift or addition to a personal collection of playing cards. If you happen to be extremely hardcore about your cards, there’s also an option for a handmade cherry and walnut hard case to carry around a full deck.
