The Volkswagen Beetle was always a car that, until 2012, we thought we’d be incapable of owning. It’s too curvy, it has a spot for flowers and it’s just generally girly. Those are all qualities we like in our women, but not in our cars. Then, in 2012 it got a less bulbous redesign and some serious horsepower injections. And now, there’s a Fender edition. Yeah, THAT Fender. Can’t talk about Fender without talking about sound and this Beetle has it in spades. Four deluxe tweeters, two twin speakers, two rear speakers and one Bassman subwoofer all bearing the Fender name and blaring everything from Carly Rae Jepsen to A$AP Rocky into your dome at up to 11. It’s also got custom wood work, a custom paint job, a 2.0L turbocharged engine and a custom interior. It rocks… and rolls. (sorry, had to.)
