Ever since we found out all eight seasons of Voltron were available for streaming on Netflix we’ve been on an 80s kick. After filling the enormous hole in our hearts left by a lack of Saturday morning cartoons, we moved on to the next thing missing–sweet eighties watches. You can still buy the same iconic Casio watch you were probably wearing back then, but Nixon’s new watch, The Synapse, is much better for a number of reasons. First, it’s a Nixon and not a Casio. Second, it looks a lot better. It also: has a durable bracelet instead of a rubber strap, won’t break as easily, is water resistant to 100meters and has all of the watch features you need in an 80’s watch (date, chrono, alarm). Now all someone has to do is release that Voltron feature film and our lives will be complete.
