Facebook is revolutionary. The iPad is revolutionary. Actually, if you count the whole “not graduating college” and “worth gazillions of dollars” things, Mark Zuckerberg is a lot like the late, great Steve Jobs, but that’s not the point. Everyone spends time on Facebook and if you have an iPad you probably spend a significant amount of time on that too. But doing both of those simultaneously used to be impossible, ridiculously tiny (loading the iPhone app) or required assistance from a third-party like Friendly. Ladies and gentlemen, there’s finally an official Facebook app for the iPad. We don’t think we’re alone when we say it’s about damn time. What’s the big deal? Easy to use pages, apps, photos, friend management, notifications, built-in chat and everything else you can do with a click in a browser. It basically makes web browsers unnecessary.
