Unless you work in a web 3.0 office, are a craftsman or are self-employed you probably can’t get away with sneakers at the office. We love a quality pair of dress shoes as much as the next guy, but there’s a certain level of comfort that comes from a pair of Vans or Cons that you just don’t get with dress shoes unless you spend over $500. Spending that much money on a pair of shoes is a pill we just can’t swallow. So what we’re left with is the much maligned category of sneaker crossover. The Vans Hairy Suede Pritchard are the gold (or navy/tan/gray as it were) standard when it comes to the category. Suede upper gets mated to the standard Vans waffle tread (bonus points for the slight heel) to make a shoe that’s part of both worlds but in a class all it’s own.
