There are a lot of things we’ll buy based on title alone, but most of it revolves around t n’ a and potentially impossible positions from the Kama Sutra. And that doesn’t even get us past A in the alphabet of DVDs we “purchased” on the Internet. Had we been looking in the section of Amazon dedicated to those paper compendiums we haven’t picked up since college (they’re called books or something), we would have found Beer is Proof God Loves Us. Aside from being a book named after one of Benjamin Franklin’s most famous contributions to society (the quote, not electricity). Beer is Proof God Loves Us is author Charles Bamforth’s social history of beer and includes everything from craft brewing to global beer production. It’s the only history book we have ever been interested in reading.
