Swedish electric motorcycle brand CAKE makes stylish, minimalist motos adored by riders. Their new potent flagship is called the Bukk. The Bukk uses an all-new extruded and forged 6061 aluminum frame, an inverted WP Cone valve air fork, and a custom Öhlins S46 rear shock. The sleek bodywork looks slight, but don’t be deceived by its appearance because it has an all-new 16-kW (21.45-hp) drivetrain with an astronomical 309.77 lb-ft of torque and top speed of 60 mph. The Bukk also has major suspension travel (10.94” front and 11.69” rear). Total weight is a mere 187 pounds. Add in four ride modes and three braking modes, as well as a 72V, 40Ah, 2.9kWh, 21,700-lithium battery that can be swapped out without tools. That battery will charge from dead to 80% in 1.5 hours and provide up to three hours of riding.
