Chukkas. No, they’re not some sort of medieval throwing weapon (though we wouldn’t have a problem with that) or an extra from Lord of the Rings (we’d probably have a problem with this). They’re actually shoes (in some cases boots) originally popular during the 40s and 50s. They got their name from Polo (the so-called “sport” and not the popped collar) and are – this part is important – related to British WWII desert boots. But the PF Flyer Drakes aren’t just your grandpas shoes. Full grain leather in black or tan with a print lining and contrast laces. They’re clean, they’re sharp, and they won’t be available for long. Pick up a pair before they get stolen by the hipsters like all those v-necks you own.
