Brabus is known for upgrading and blackening already powerful and premium cars and SUVs to make them even more menacing. It seems they want to do the same thing to motorcycles, and the Brabus 1300 R is the brand’s first moto effort. Utilizing KTM’s motorcycling know-how, Brabus adds its performance expertise to the quick and capable KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo. The 1300 R gets Monoblock Z Lightweight forged wheels, a slip-on double-pipe exhaust, a custom-made heated seat, air ducts, headlight mask, carbon belly pan, CNC-machined triple clamp, CNC-machined adjustable front brake and clutch lever, CNC-machined adjustable footpegs, and a WP Apex semi-active suspension with Suspension Pro package. Oh, and it’s really black with just a tinge of red in the mix. A mere 77 bikes will be made.
