Mavens of knife style, The James Brand, has partnered with Timex to create a collab watch that’s ready for the great outdoors, as well as for the rest of life. The modernized field watch gets a 41mm titanium case with a matte black dial and luminous hands and markers. The standalone 24-hour scale on the interior track is crisp and unique, giving the Expedition North Titanium a more refined look than more conventional-looking field watches. Underneath is an automatic Japanese Miyota movement, and the case is topped off with sapphire glass in front and on the caseback. The screw-down crown gets a James Brand logo’d lime green insert that pops nicely. It’s depth-rated to 200 meters, and the nylon Nato strap has case-matching titanium hardware. It’s an impressive package for a very good price, and it launches on October 5th.
