Robotic lawn mowers–Grass Roombas as we like to call them–are nothing new. There are already quite a few options on the market but they’re either absurdly expensive or require you to plant a perimeter fence for guidance data. That’s where the Segway Navimow Robot Lawn Mower comes in. This robot lawnmower might not be cheap when compared to traditional mowers, but it’s a helluva lot more affordable than other robot options on the market. What’s more, it works off of easily programmable GPS to deliver efficient, high-frequency, and precision cutting so you have a flawless lawn seven days of the week–while only lifting a single finger to control it through the app and crack open a fresh beer. It also has five kinds of safety sensors–including ultrasonic sensors for obstacle sensing and avoidance (including dogs and kids)–along with being built to be quiet, water-proof, durable, and intuitive. The Segway Navimow Robot Lawn Mower will be available later this year in four different models at a price starting at just over $1,400.
