Earlier this year, The Notorious B.I.G. was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame because, well, of course, and it’s about damned time. State Bicycle Co. is celebrating Biggie Smalls and everything he meant to hip hop and music in general with an official collection of bikes, apparel and accessories. The official State Bicycle Co. x The Notorious B.I.G. collection includes a monochrome split bike, tee, bar tape, jersey & bib sets and cycling caps that were all produced in collaboration with the Christopher Wallace Estate to insure everything was officially licensed. Each one of the pieces is noteworthy in their own right, but the focal point is the bike–the latest edition to State’s collection of best commuter bikes. The bike is half-black in the front and half-white in the rear, with a contrasting red seat and “ready to die” branding that really make it stand out from other options. That gorgeous bike, and pieces of the rest of the collection, will be available as soon as the end of August of this year.
