Blacked Out 1981 DeLorean DMC-12

Thanks to the Back to the Future movies (and the infamy of John DeLorean, himself), the DeLorean DMC-12 is one of the most iconic cars of all time. Despite the fact that it’s slower than a Mitsubishi Mirage economy hatchback and has the reliability of a vintage British automobile, it’s beloved in both cinematic and automotive circles, alike. This one, however, is even more special thanks to its dark paint job versus exposed stainless steel. It’s got everything the 1981 stainless version has like the big gullwing doors and the upgraded and more powerful V6 engine. The car was painted after factory production, but it has a mere 5,900 miles on it and has received a full restoration that includes an engine overhaul, a new fuel system, and additional upgrades. The interior looks pristine, and the fact that it has a 5-speed manual transmission means you can pull off some burnouts and pretend you’re evil Marty McFly.
