Though we doubt a computer mouse would ever achieve the same design status as the famous 1956 Eames Lounge Chair that’s showcased in New York’s Museum of Modern Art, this concept would surely be a candidate simply based on the saying, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” Designer Shane Chen created this black padded leather and bent plywood mouse that emulates the visual beauty and physical curvature of the Eames Chair. It brings together the chair’s iconic design and modern practicality thanks to the scroll wheel, optical sensor, and wireless configuration. It’s just a concept, though, so don’t drive to Staples during your lunch hour to get one.
