Your feelings about Sir Winston Churchill aside, you can’t knock the man’s taste in vehicles. He was one of the big names that helped usher in the dawn of the motorcar era, and that passion lasted his entire life. This Land Rover Series 1 was a gift to the British Bulldog (not him) on his 80th birthday. Auctioned off in 2012, the military vehicle underwent an extensive restoration at the hands of Emily Frey Classics to return it to glory. The company worked hard to preserve the look, feel, and even patina of the 1954 Series 1 Land Rover that was modded for Churchill with a larger passenger seat and heated foot area. It’s a look but don’t touch type deal, but we’re happy just gazing at this legendary beast.
