The other day we shared with you the Lamborghini Urus. But while we talked about how interesting it was that Lamborghini was making an SUV, we didn’t mention that it wasn’t the first time the Italian automaker had done so. That title belongs to the LM002, often dubbed the “Rambo Lambo.” Time has made these vehicles scarce and it hurts us to inform you that you just missed a golden opportunity to purchase one. That’s right, a 1990 Lamborghini LM002 just crossed the auction block at RM Sotheby’s and moved to the tune of $467,000. Packed with a 76-gallon tank, wood and leather interior, and an odometer that only reads 19,000, this Rambo Lambo is a gem in good shape thanks to a resto job that included a Countach V-12 engine. Plus, this is no standard Rambo Lambo (if there is such a thing); this is an LM/American version, of which there were only 48 ever made. Looks like you’ll have to wait for one of the other 47 to cross the auction block in the future.
