In the thin strip of low-rise buildings at the curved tip of Cape Cod you’ll find Provincetown, which has a landscape featuring this absolutely stunning Hariri & Hariri Cape Cod Beach House. Designed by Iranian-born, Cornell-educated sisters Gisue and Mojgan Hariri, this 2400-square-foot beach house is located at the far end of Provincetown. The two-story structure includes three bedrooms, a huge kitchen, an even bigger living area, covered balcony spaces and an expansive outdoor terrace that all still somehow comply with the city’s 23′ height limit. The modern wood and glass second story sits atop a concrete first floor set into the sloping shore that’s all but begging you to contact Architectural Digest or Luxury Home for a feature. Inside you’ll find more glass, wood, concrete, stainless and enormous walls than you could ever hope to decorate, but honestly, we’d probably just leave it the way it is in the pictures.
