If you live and work in a major city, chances are good that you don’t drive to work. You probably don’t even own a car. Hey, you’re doing your part for the environment right? High five! Ford is doing their part too with their latest smart bike, the MoDe:Flex. This new bike, geared for bike enthusiasts, is the third bike in their Smart Mobility project and is the most versatile. Forward motion is courtesy of peddle power or a battery. Easily broken down, the Flex can fit in any Ford vehicle for battery charging. And while we aren’t sure how this works, the Flex can vibrate to help you avoid neck injury-inducing potholes. And by working with your smartphone, it can tell you your max effort to arrive somewhere without breaking a sweat. Damn, that is smart.
