When it comes to sneakers, we don’t have a problem with the colorful, vibrant hues that all the big names in the sneaker game are slapping on their iconic silhouettes these days. We own a few pairs of “flair” from the entire gamut of manufacturers. But most of the time, we like our sneakers like we like our Range Rovers–murdered out. Black on black on black. Like Alexander Wang, Karl Lagerfeld and Phil Knight were hanging out in an alley, smoking cigarettes and drinking forties when they came up with the idea for whatever pair of limited edition kicks we’re about to slip on our feet. This new Flyknit Roshe Run Black / Midnight Fog colorway combines a black Flyknit upper with the Midnight Fog detailing woven throughout, all sitting on a IU foam midsole. If Batman ran for exercise, instead of fighting crime, these are the sneakers he would wear.
