While analog is in a whole different class of cool above digital we will admit that it’s not quite as black and white. Watch3 by Steven Götz simplifies a face full of names to just the relevant one. The numbers are printed in white on the underside of the sapphire crystal only appearing when the black hand passes underneath. The resulting design boasts the clarity of a digital watch with the style of an analog. Since it’s all about better readability, Watch3 also features luminova paint that glows several hours after being exposed to light.
