Tudor Pelagos 39

At 42mm in diameter and 14.3mm in thickness, the Tudor Pelagos might be a bit too large for some, so the Swiss brand is downsizing its most capable diver to a more accommodating 39mm. The new Pelagos 39 also drops its titanium case thickness down to 11.8mm, and the result is a far more wearable, more everyday diver. With the changes comes a drop in depth rating from 500 to 200 meters, but most folks will never dive deeper than 50 meters, anyway. Aside from its great looks, which include those famous snowflake hands and square markers, the Pelagos 39 is powered by the same in-house chronometer-certified MT5400 automatic movement that’s also used in the Black Bay Fifty-Eight. The watch comes with both a titanium bracelet (with a rapid “T-fit” adjustment system and diver’s extension) and a rubber strap. This could just be the dive watch darling of the year.
