It’s good to be James Bond, and he doesn’t have to wear a Rolex Submariner to stay slick and sophisticated. In fact, he’s worn an Omega Seamaster in one form or another since 1995’s Goldeneye. To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (even though it stars one-timer George Lazenby), Omega has released a new black and gold Seamaster 300M, and it’s truly special. The brushed and polished stainless steel case gets adorned with a black PVD ceramic dial with the iconic Bond gun barrel design that begins each movie, a Bond coat of arms gold chevron at the 12 o’clock marker, and a 007-style “7” in the date wheel. And for those who might confuse it with other Seasmaters, there’s a special 18K gold plaque with the limited edition number engraved on it (only 7007 will be made).
