Miami doesn’t really need more luxury. Nevertheless, Swiss luxury watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen has recently debuted a flashier and limited edition of its venerable Pilot. The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph “Miami Edition” is the result of a partnership between the Swiss watchmaker and Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Teams. It features a black ceramic case and titanium case, a black dial with a sunburst finish, and a bold pink strap along with a Petronas green one. Movement comes by way of IWC’s in-house Calibre 69380 automatic movement that has a 46-hour power reserve. It’s a fresh take on a classic watch, but you have to go to IWC’s Miami boutique to get one of the only 500 units made. Sonny Crockett would’ve totally gone for one.
