The “CasiOak” line of G-SHOCK watches has become a colossal success for the brand, and there’s no stopping it. The latest iterations are called the Utility Metal Collection that pairs the GM2100 case with soft fabric straps. Models GM2100CB-1A, GM2100CB-3A, and GM2100C-5A all have 44.4mm diameter cases topped off with octagonal stainless-steel bezels and mineral crystal glass. All of them have black dials, but the accents vary, as do the case and bezel colors. The Utility Metal collection takes the metal-clad design of the GM-2100 and adds urban-stylish fabric straps for easy wear. They also get LED lighting for nighttime visibility and the usual GM2100 versatility with features like a 1/100-second stopwatch, auto-calendar until the year 2099, 5 daily alarms, 200-meter water resistance, and accuracy of +/-15 seconds per month.
