Andrew Perez of ASTOR+BANKS has just created a timepiece for those who may not want to worry about owning more than one watch. The new Sea Ranger strikes the right balance between dress and sport in a military-style watch that’s made with the right stuff including Swiss automatic movement, a beautifully crafted dial with a 24-hour dial inset, 300-meter water resistance, and a solid stainless steel bracelet with links designed for optimal comfort. And unlike most boutique watch brands, the Sea Ranger is designed and assembled in Chicago, and it’s unabashedly engraved on the caseback. The 40mm diameter means it’s perfectly sized for everyday wear, and the three dial and two case color provide great style options. The pre-order phase has been sold out, but you can jump in when the Kickstarter campaign starts in June.
