If you had any question about the ruggedness of the upcoming 2020 Land Rover Defender, watch this video clip and wonder no more. The video consists of three black Defenders going nuts off road with the kind of jumps seemingly only manageable by Baja 1000 competitors. Ramps, mud, rocks, and distracting helicopters are no match for the resurrected Defender. At the end of the video, one of them takes a hard tumble and keeps going, damage and all. But keep in mind the qualifying fine print that states the Defenders in the video were “heavily modified”, meaning don’t try this at home.
