“Doctor Sleep” Final Trailer

“Doctor Sleep” Final Trailer

In case you haven’t been paying attention–or, for whatever reason, you didn’t watch the Doctor Sleep Official Teaser Trailer when we wrote about it–there’s a sequel to The Shining set to hit theaters later this year, and it’s called Doctor Sleep. Ewan McGregor steps into the role of a Danny Torrance who is revisiting the events of his stay at the Overlook Hotel four decades prior with the sheer psychological carnage of twin girls in hallways, REDRUM emblazoned doors and somehow terrifying carpets while he gears up for an all new battle. But that’s just our take on it. Here’s what they have to say–“Still irrevocably scarred by the trauma he endured as a child at the Overlook, Dan Torrance has fought to find some semblance of peace. But that peace is shattered when he encounters Abra, a courageous teenager with her own powerful extrasensory gift, known as the “shine.” Instinctively recognizing that Dan shares her power, Abra has sought him out, desperate for his help against the merciless Rose the Hat and her followers, The True Knot, who feed off the shine of innocents in their quest for immortality.” One thing’s for sure, it’s going to be one helluva ride when Doctor Sleep comes to theaters on November 8th.
