People have been talking about recreational space travel since the USSR and Uncle Sam raced to space and sadly, we’re not much closer to it. In reality, this might be most people’s only shot at getting their hands on a genuine piece of the lunar landings. Overtly, the bag is fairly nondescript. It’s a simple off white canvas bag with the outwardly distinguishing feature being the medium sized “Lunar Sample Return” label along the zipper. Though, adding to the literally otherworldly status of the bag is the verified moon dust still clinging to the interior. If you want to add this piece of American history to your own personal collection, be prepared to pony up between 2 and 4 million bucks, though the final selling price could easily shoot beyond that.
