If ever there was a time to start promoting your next post-apocalyptic movie, shortly before the end of the world sounds fairly ideal. Oblivion – based on the graphic novel of the same name – is the next sci-fi thriller starring Tom Cruise and Morgan Freeman. From what we can tell, it’s chock-full of giant robots with laser beams and futuristic guns (both positives). Of course, all that doesn’t matter since it comes out about five months after this whole Mayan thing. Idiots.
