Even when self-driving cars take over our roadways, we’ll still have to deal with traffic. Sure, we’ll be able to watch movies and play iPhone games in that traffic, but we’ll still curse under our breath at the idiot robocars that don’t know how to merge. Elon Musk wants to proffer a solution—as Elon Musk is wont to do. The Boring Company, Musk’s latest venture, just released a video of how they plan on combating the issue of traffic. Cars are taken down into underground tunnels where they’re placed on track vehicles that move at speeds of up to 124 mph. Okay, so this is not Musk’s main project.
