Jack White may be crazy, but his musical genius is unquestionable. The White Stripes. The Dead Weather. The Raconteurs. Fantastic bands that all have underlying captain and creator – Jack White. Aside from the whole “in love with his love sister” thing, the man can really do no wrong. It would only make sense then that Third Man Records (the record company that does all White’s bands vinyl) is a company worth paying attention to. They partnered with Nixon, the watch/headphone/bag powerhouse, to release a limited edition set of Master Blaster Headphones. Along with custom packaging and artwork, you get a full-size volume knob, removable 1.5m braided cloth cord, and include the signature Third Man Records 45 labels on the ear cups. It won’t make your mp3s sound as good as vinyl, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction.
