Swedish craftsman, designer, inventor and lover of vintage video games Love Hultèn is a man that needs no introduction around these parts. If you’re not familiar, he built a Portable Arcade inspired by Battleship, a Briefcase Video Game Console, and the De Lux Retro Video Game Console. Pyua is a “conceptual tribute and a delicate homage to Nintendo” that’s as much vintage time capsule as it is modern gaming machine. The Pyua has a handcrafted ash wood exterior finish in off-white and red that houses the Nt mini pcb, which is capable of handling both NES and Famicon cartridges without any degradation or input lag and simultaneously upscaling to 1080p HDMI. Pyua is also accompanied by two original NES controllers upgraded with wireless functionality that store in a convenient travel case that also holds all your favorite games. This could very well be the coolest video game setup we’ve ever seen.
