The iPhone has all but replaced the land line in terms of functionality, portability and ease of use. But you know what? It’s kind of a pain in the ass to take important phone calls on it and have to hold it up to your ear for an hour. Putting it on speaker phone works if you want to broadcast your entire conversation to the world around you, but we’re not interested in that. The alternative? Having a real, physical handset like the land lines of old. The Invoxia NVX 610 iPhone Telephone is all of that and a whole hell of a lot more. It’s part docking station, part speaker system, part contact list synchronizer and part bluetooth headset. It can be powered by ethernet or a wall adapter. It also happens to look like something straight out of a Bang & Olufsen catalog. It’s got Bentley level bells and whistles.
