CineSkates Camera Sliders

Creating high quality video without what we like to call the “Blair Witch Effect” is damn near impossible unless you have crazy expensive equipment. We love the fact that the DSLR can record HD video, but we spent enough money on the rig already that we don’t want to spend another couple thousand on a steadycam setup just to record a few films. All is not lost thanks to Kickstarter and an enterprising engineer from MIT’s Media Lab. CineSkates are essentially rollerskate wheels for a GorillaPod Focus which—when combined with said GorillaPod—create a budget friendly, incredibly cool way to get fluid HD video without any stuttering or shaking.
