Who says just your music has to be nostalgic? Th 4000c recreated (aka, restored) turntable echoes the original from way back in 1972 with its minimalist but stunning design. This time, it emerges as the first member of the brand’s new Classic Initiative that takes pre-owned models band brings them to the modern age with new internals, anodized and polish to the original aluminum housing, and new hand-crafted oak that frames it. There’s also a new RIAA phono pre-amplifier that enables the 4000c to use B&O’s current speaker line. A mere 95 will be sold to help celebrate B&O’s 95th birthday in October. It looks so good, even in total silence.
