Amazon’s Fire TV Recast Is an OTV DVR

The only thing holding many back from cutting the cord is access to sports. When you want to watch some sports without paying for TV, you don’t have any option outside of an over-the-air antenna. But what happens if you want to watch your sports, news or network television at a time other than when it airs? Enter Amazon’s new Fire TV Recast. This is an OTA DVR available in two different options. You can either get 2 tuners, 500GB storage, and 75 hours of capacity; or 4 tuners, 1TB storage, and 150 hours of capacity. Most importantly, it works with all your Alexa commands, can stream to a bunch of Alexa-enable devices or apps and only requires an HD antenna to function. The Amazon Fire TV Recast DVR will be released on November 14, 2018, but pre-orders are open right now.
