There will come a day when hipsters will resurrect the pocket watch and it will surge to a new level of popularity. Until that happens, we’re left with flea markets full of unwanted pocket watches in need of a loving home. Analog/Shift and Useful Again are attempting to do something about this. They take antique American pocket watches and repurpose them as sharp little desk clocks. Each comes with an individually carved hardwood holster that is made to fit the exact watch included. They’re not cheap, but they are clever and a neat little way to give new life to a once discarded pocket timepiece.
