The Netflix series Stranger Things oozes fright and the ‘80s in near-equal doses and in the best of ways. The look and feel of the show are so well done, they almost make us pine for big hair and acid wash jeans. Nike and Stranger things have now provided the coolest retro ‘80s style via a shoe collab that showcases new Cortez, Blazer, and Tailwind versions with great colorways and nods to the show. Using bold colors like green and orange, the shoes also use Hawkins High School’s tiger mascot emblem and the “Stranger Things” title on the tongues. The first June 27th web store drop, named the “Hawkins High Pack, will include the aforementioned kicks along with Hawkins High Schoool Phys. Ed. style pieces like t-shirts and sweats. The second drop, the “OG Pack” on July 1st will offer the three shoes in red, white, and blue colorways with “1985” emblazoned on them and a shoe lining with fireworks to commemorate Independence Day. Get a pair (or more) and wear them when Season 3 of Stranger Things debuts on July 4th.
