It’s great to see what is coming out of Sabah lately and the latest collaboration with Istanbul-based artist Laris Kilimci is no exception. Coming in two patterns for their backless Baba design (cheekily named By Day and By Night) these bold patterns showcase the vibrant imagination of its artist while also touching on elements of the Mediterranean, and the vertex of where East-meets-West that is Turkish heritage. Limited to 250 shoes per design, this is a collaboration that won’t last forever, but it’s my high hopes we’ll be seeing more and more from this brand partnership in the near future.
