Danner and Filson Teamed Up for a Pair of Boots

Danner has been making boots since the early 1930s that are durable and well built. They’ve teamed up another iconic brand in Filson to create a unique pair of comfortable boots inspired by traditional Pacific Northwest hunting gear. The basis for the collaboration is a combination of Danner’s Grouse hunting boot’s full-grain leather upper with Filson’s Tin Cloth in the upper. That build is paired with GORE-TEX lining, Danner’s stitchdown construction and a Vibram Sierra outsole. In other words, the Danner x Filson Grouse Boots are waterproof, rugged, stable, protective and co-branded with both Danner and Filson embossed logos on the tongue. In a few years, when you’ve absolutely pummeled the boots into submission, they’re also eligible for Danner’s top of the line Recrafting services.
