Diego Stocco is a guy who’s name you’ve probably never heard, but unless you’ve had your head up your ass for the last five years you’ve heard his music. Seeing as how you’re here – on the Internet – it would be difficult (if not impossible) for you to have avoided him. Here’s a small sampling of what he’s been involved with: Sherlock Holmes, Terminator: Salvation, 2012, Soulcalibur IV, Call of Duty, Dexter, The Daily Show, Crank, Nokia, Samsung, and Korg. He hasn’t been involved in all of these projects because he can simply play a guitar or compose – he’s Musical MacGuyver. Throw together a broken piano, bass neck, cabinet handle and chimney cap and you get some crazy Rube Goldbergian machine that we can only describe as awesome. He calls it the bassoforte.
