Carlos Aires Vinyl Record Silhouettes

Carlos Aires Vinyl Record Silhouettes

Sooner or later, all antiquated technology ends up as art. We’d have no problem filing most of this so called art in the “shit I’d never hang in my house”  category, but every once in a while someone like Carlos Aires comes along and turns the tables on things. His series Love Is In The Air is composed completely of unique cut vinyl record silhouettes that depict everything from hotties straight from a Connery Bond film to classic muscle men and dudes with guns.

We’re going to assume that – like all things this awesome – these aren’t available for purchase, so you’re just going to have to ogle them until Urban Outfitters figures out a way to mass produce them.
