Wine is a perplexing concept. At the end of the day it’s really just fermented grapes and it tastes kind of funny. After all, you spent the better part of your college career forcing yourself to acquire a taste for beer so why throw that all out the window in order to seem more civilized? The only answer that comes to mind is women. Now that South Africa’s Boer & Brit Winery has released Bob’s Your Uncle Wine you don’t have to make the hard choice between impressing the lady and your friends because it’s wine that comes in a beer bottle. Supposedly the standard crown beer cap is more effective than cork or screw caps, but you know that’s irrelevant because once you crack Bob’s Your Uncle you’re not stopping til it’s gone. It’s like the whole wine in a diet coke can thing just slightly more civilized. Slightly.
