The Honda e EV Has Over 25,000 Reservations

It’s too bad no one’s come up with an EV that melds the future with the past particularly well, until now, that is. What originally debuted as the Honda Urban EV Concept at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show has been officially named the shorter and more memorable Honda e. The little guy might just be the best-looking electric car ever since it looks more like a vintage Civic hatchback than anything for sale today. The mere fact that the car now has over 25,000 registrations in Europe means the brand did something really right. Owners will get a 125+ mile range and 80% charge in 30 minutes via Level 2 charging. It will also get dual touchscreens for optimal connectivity and a modern, “lounge-like” interior for maximized comfort. The mere fact that so many people are interested in buying one with such sparse details speaks to the appeal of the Honda e’s design. These registrations put customers at the front of the line when ordering takes place later this year with deliveries expected in the Spring of 2020 in Europe only, unfortunately.
